Experience the Course First
Try before you fully commit.
Every learner can attend a live demo session, meet the instructors, and review the curriculum before committing. We only enroll you once you feel confident Aicademy is the right fit.
Five-Business-Day Satisfaction Window
Your safety net for the first week.
If the full course doesn't deliver what you expected, let us know within five business days of the official start. We will refund:
- Up to 80% of tuition for standard enrollments
- Up to 50% for scholarship-based seats that already include heavy discounts
After Day Five
Understanding our commitment model.
Instructor time, mentor slots, and projects are reserved specifically for you, so payments become non-refundable after five business days. We will still help you pause your learning or explore a future start date if life gets in the way.
How to Request a Refund
Simple three-step process.
- 1.Email refund@aicademy.ac with your course name, start date, and reason
- 2.Our learner success team will acknowledge within two business days
- 3.Eligible refunds follow the processing timeline below and return to the original payment method
